Your business details belong to you.
The application lives on the web. Your invoices live with you.
Processing happens in your browser
Billora calculates totals and generates PDFs, payment QR codes, and draft downloads locally. Invoice content is not uploaded, sent to AI, or included in analytics. Application code and fonts are served from this site. There are no tracking scripts or account requirements.
You choose whether to save a draft
The editor holds work in memory until you download it or click “Save on this device.” Saving writes the full invoice to this browser’s local storage, without encryption. Anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to read it. Avoid saving on shared devices. Drafts do not sync across devices, and clearing browser data removes them.
Remove or back up local drafts
Open My drafts to download, edit, or delete a stored invoice. You can clear all Billora drafts from that page. Downloaded files remain in your own file system until you delete them separately. Billora cannot recover deleted drafts or lost downloads.
What the hosting provider sees
Cloudflare serves this website over HTTPS and receives ordinary connection information such as your IP address, requested URLs, and browser headers. It may retain operational and security logs. Invoice content is not part of those requests. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.
Other software and payment apps
Your browser extensions, device software, and any app you use to send an invoice are outside Billora’s control. Scanning a UPI QR opens the payer’s payment app and its own data-handling rules. Billora does not collect payments, verify account ownership, or track whether an invoice was paid.
